Janice Patricia Flaherty, 74, of New Ringgold, formerly of Allentown, died on Thursday, June 14, 2012 in St. Lukes Hospital, Allentown Campus. She was the wife of Thomas J. Flaherty. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late William H. and Emma (Sterner) Maurer. She was a records clerk at Lehigh Valley Hospital for many years before her retirement. She enjoyed playing with her dogs and was a talented artist but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.

SURVIVORS: Husband; sons, George Evan Kunsman and his wife Nancy of Tahlequah, OK and Mark A Kunsman of Bethlehem; grandchildren, Justin, Brian, Elizabeth and Sarah Kunsman. She was preceded in death by a son, William Kunsman.
