Margaret B. Chylack, 55, of Allentown, died June 14, 2012, at Sacred Heart Hospital, Allentown. She was the wife of James M. Chylack, for the past 29 years. Born in Doylestown, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Plona) Miketta. Margaret was a 1978 graduate of Sacred Heart School of Nursing. She was a registered nurse in the intensive care unit at Sacred Heart Hospital. She was a member of St. Pauls Roman Catholic Church, Allentown.

SURVIVORS: Husband, James; sons, Ryan and Chris; daughter, Caitie; sisters, Elizabeth Yudt and Barbara Gouldey; brother, Joseph Miketta.

SERVICES: 9:45 a.m. Wednesday, June 20th, at Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 17th & Hamilton Sts., Allentown, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. at St. Pauls Roman Catholic Church, Allentown. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Wescosville. Family and friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and 9:15 to 9:45 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
